| I use the Parrott Conference phone for meetings while on travel in lieu of paying for a hotel provided phone line-speaker phone hookup. The Parrott paid for itself with the first use and worked as well as the setup provided by various hotels and AV companies I have used in the past. I am completely satisfied. |

| The Parrot conference, cordless, VOIP seemed to be just what I was looking for and the price seemed "too good to be true". Ordering and shipment went really well, it is an attractive well made unit but the software would not load. After several tries I called Tech support and was told that not many of these units had been sold and that the software would no longer support Skype nor the keypad dialing, etc unless I lived in Europe. And that there were no plans to update the software. I did get the bluetooth feature to work but I was counting on the Skype compatability and the keypad dialing would have been nice. The advertising also led me to believe that this unit would work in a large room but the user materials that came with the Parrot indicated it was best in smaller rooms. I packed it up sent it back which all went well and I got my money back soon. Therefore, service was good, advertising was misleading and I am out the return UPS shipping charges for the return. Sadly this truely was, "too good to be true". |
